Deeper system usage, department shadowing, and reporting & accounting procedures

In-Person / Shadowing

Shadow Experience Team on Orientations and desk coverage. Shadow Lifestyle Team on coffee/beverage service and event overview. Participate in event planning meeting (Monthly Playbook/Sneak Peek). Shadow Fitness Director class. Walk through amenities and guest suite booking flow in Yardi/Sentral.

Key Skills / Milestones

Can run all weekly reports and has received intro into monthly reporting. Has been able to shadow all departments. Understands emergency protocols and escalation chain.
