In-Person / Shadowing

Shadow Experience Team on Orientations and desk coverage. Shadow Lifestyle Team on coffee/beverage service and event overview. Participate in event planning meeting (Monthly Playbook/Sneak Peek).

Key Skills / Milestones

Knows tour route and has completed solo tour with AGM/GM. Comfortable with CRM queue, answering phones, scheduling appointments. Has been able to shadow all departments. Understands emergency protocols and escalation chain.
