Be up to date on all Elevate classes: bonus if all team members are also up to date. Be able to recite the Values and know ways to live those out day-to-day. Set 60-90 and 1 year goals. Can run the full sales cycle — from first lead contact through closing and follow-up — with manager sign-off.
