In-Person / Shadowing

Property walk-through, safety + emergency procedures, interdepartmental intros (Sales, Experience, Lifestyle, Fitness, Maintenance (as aplicable). Walk with GC (if applicable - Lease-Up or under construction)

Key Skills / Milestones

Comfortable navigating Yardi, Sentral App/Riseio, Teams, Outlook. Understand daily flow across departments (leasing → experience → maintenance → lifestyle). Has completed HR compliance (timecards, payroll).
