Complete daily operations of the community while encompasing Sentral's standards and values.

Key Skills / Milestones

Have assessed the community per the Sentral Assessment guide. Be up to date on all Elevate classes: bonus if all team members are also up to date. Have reviewed budget and be aware of capital projects. Be able to recite the Values and know ways to live those out day-to-day. Set 60-90 and 1 year goals.
