Deeper system usage, department shadowing, and reporting & accounting procedures

In-Person / Shadowing

Able to run point on package delivery, move-in/out orientations and procedures and work orders. Shadow Sales Team on tour. Shadow Lifestyle Team on coffee/beverage service and event overview. Participate in event planning meeting (Monthly Playbook/Sneak Peek). Meet with Fitness Director on class schedule and offerings. Walk through amenities and guest suite booking flow in Yardi/Sentral.

Key Skills / Milestones

Has been able to shadow all departments; has scheduled all 1:1, department and director meetings. Understands emergency protocols and escalation chain.
