Conduct move-in/out procedure, is comfortable with experience desk tasks. Has met with all other directors - understands their roles and how to assist. If STAY or Live, has met with houskeeping manager and is familiar with daily turn process and unit expectations. Has completed a full property walk-through with team and supervisor. Has reviewed budget and is familier with all Experience related items.
