Complete daily operations of the community while encompasing Sentral's standards and values.

Key Skills / Milestones

Have assessed the community per the Sentral Assessment guide. Be up to date on all Elevate classes: bonus if all team members are also up to date. Have reviewed budget with GM|DOS|RD and be aware of capital projects. Be able to recite the Values and know ways to live those out day-to-day. Set 60-90 and 1 year goals.
