Deeper system usage, department shadowing, and reporting & accounting procedures

In-Person / Shadowing

Welcome Event for new managers, shadow resident event setup/breakdown, bar service training, resident tours. Shadow Experience Team on Orientations and desk coverage. Participate in event planning meetings (Monthly Playbook/Sneak Peek). Shadow Fitness Director on class. Walk through amenities and guest suite booking flow in Yardi/Sentral. Vendor onboarding overview with Lifestyle Manager (contracts, rev-share, COI).

Key Skills / Milestones

Can assist with logging packages, scheduling elevators, submiting work orders, and managing amenity reservations. Drafts and sends first resident announcement (tile/email). Aids with budget tracking for one event. Understand emergency protocols and escalation chains. Demonstrate professional resident communication through Sentral App + email.
