In-Person / Shadowing
Independently plan and execute one resident event (manager oversight only). Sit in leadership meetings with GM, DOE, Lifestyle, Sales to understand cross-department KPIs. One-on-one review with Director/GM to assess readiness and set development goals.
Key Skills / Milestones
Fully executes one event: budget, vendor, marketing tile, RSVP, execution, and reporting. Comfortable with all SOPs: resident orientations, move-ins/outs, guest suites, work orders, emergency protocols. Confident in interdepartmental communication and escalation flow. Produces first independent event/engagement report with metrics. Achieves sign-off from Director/GM as ready for independent management. By the end of Week 4: The manager should be able to run resident events independently, manage resident and vendor communication, oversee core operations (packages, moves, amenities), and understand reporting/KPI expectations.
