In-Person / Shadowing

Lead coordination on a Resident Activation. Coordinate with Maintenance for one resident move-in/out (oversight by Experience Director/GM). Shadow Directors/Regional on performance call or reporting session. Observe a partnership/vendor meeting and draft follow-up notes.

Key Skills / Milestones

Independently manage move-in/out checklist and elevator scheduling. Lead event execution (resident check-in, vendor set-up, F&B order). Submit draft report on resident engagement or feedback. Create event budget sheets and vendor proposals. Can troubleshoot basic resident requests without escalation.
